To Provide Direction and a Voice for Canadian Home Inspectors and to transform lives through ongoing learning and thus providing leadership ongoing mentoring that produces Highly Knowledgeable  Home Inspectors with the skills necessary to sustain individual career success within the home inspection Industry. To provide high quality, innovative, and responsive leadership and mentoring programs.

Providing an effective, supportive, safe, accessible and affordable environment, using current information technologies, where appropriate, to support these directions and promoting a proactive approach to professional development.

Ensuring that our members have the necessary support and tools to fulfill their responsibilities and equipping our members with the skills necessary to respond to the opportunities and challenges associated with ever changing home inspection Industry.
